About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Remodeling Sales professional to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help homeowners transform their kitchens into spaces they love — guiding them through exciting remodeling options with confidence and expertise. Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through referrals, follow-ups, and community networking
Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor services in the kitchen remodeling industry
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Designs to show prospective buyers what their remodel will look and feel like
Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or project specifications is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or design is a bonus
