The Role

• Support the planning of architecturally demanding construction projects for private, corporate, and public clients.
• Assist with the design and development of objects, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects.
• Contribute to the creation of construction documents and detailed work planning.
• Coordinate and supervise construction companies, monitoring quality, costs, and timelines.
• Document the construction process.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to complete an aptitude test post-application.
• Enthusiasm for the development process of buildings.
• Interest in urban planning, landscape design, and economic/political considerations in architectural design.
• Strong mathematical skills and spatial reasoning abilities.
• Artistic inclination with good expressive and practical skills.
