Physiotherapeut (m/w/d) Neurology | Itzgrund, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join a leading medical facility specializing in neurology, psychosomatic, and orthopedic care. The Role • Conduct assessments and develop individualized, activity-based therapeutic plans for patients in rehabilitation phases B, C, and D, as well as on the intensive care unit. • Design and implement specific therapeutic approaches for individual and group therapy sessions based on patient needs and indications. • Utilize advanced equipment, including robotic and treadmill-assisted gait training, provide guidance on assistive devices, and educate family members. • Accurately document patient progress within the electronic health record system (ORBIS) and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. • Engage in continuous professional development through regular internal training and pursue external certifications and advanced training opportunities. • Contribute to the overall improvement of patient care by participating in interdisciplinary training initiatives. What You'll Need • Completion of a recognized Physiotherapist training program. • Open to recent graduates with a completed training degree. • Demonstrated professional competence and strong interpersonal skills. • Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaborative work with diverse professional groups. • Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and treatment methodologies.
