The Role • Assist in the efficient management of store operations as a direct deputy to the store manager. • Lead and motivate the store team in partial responsibility. • Oversee all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Ensure product quality by inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, and checking expiration dates. • Maintain freshness and stock levels for produce and bakery items. • Handle cashier duties and support with warehouse and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive, diligent, and hands-on work attitude. • Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
