Luxury High-Rise Security Officer - Bilingual (English & Spanish Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Elite Resident & Guest Experience: Serve as the welcoming face of the property, offering courteous, high-touch assistance, white-glove concierge-style service, directions, and escorts.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent and professional communication in both English and Spanish to seamlessly assist diverse residents, guests, and vendor partners.
• Access Control Management: Manage visitor logs, verify access credentials, and ensure only authorized entry for residents, guests, and delivery/vendor personnel.
• Proactive Security Patrols: Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of luxury common areas, amenities, gated access points, and parking facilities.
• Incident & Monitoring Response: Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly and professionally to resident requests, security incidents, or property emergencies.
• Policy & Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs, write clear incident reports, and enforce community rules with diplomacy, tact, and a service-first mindset.
• Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency procedures, evacuations, and safety protocols in close coordination with property management.

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Customer Service Focus: Proven experience delivering premium, high-touch customer service or hospitality in a luxury residential, corporate, or hospitality setting.
• Florida Class "D" Security License: Active and valid (Required).
• Valid Florida Driver's License: Active and in good standing (Required).
• Professional Presence: Flawless grooming, professional demeanor, and strong conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer use, digital report writing, and operating a smartphone for daily operational reporting.
