We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, cold calling, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to support business growth and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential business prospects and assessing their standing within the industry; conducting research and assessing sales strategies for business expansion or entry
  • Executing lead generation campaigns, maintaining an accurate record of leads, conducting cold calls, and meeting prospective clients as required.
  • Investigating and cultivating relationships with prospective clients.
  • Nurturing and maintaining client relationships by providing assistance, information, and guidance; researching and proposing new opportunities; suggesting enhancements for profitability and service quality.
  • Collaborating with the team to craft proposals addressing the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Collaborating with the content team to determine how sales and marketing materials can enhance the business development processes.
  • Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Premium.
  • Hands on experience in various industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
  • 6 Months to 1 year of experience in sales field
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
