Job Description:
5–8 years of experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) including Freight Order Management, Planning & Optimization, Carrier Selection, Charge Management, Freight Settlement, and Transportation Execution.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP TM functional solutions.
Configure SAP TM processes and prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP EWM, SD, MM, LE, GTS, and S/4HANA.
Support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
Conduct SIT/UAT, user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
