The Role

• Design and develop role-based curriculum and training materials for personnel operating advanced cyber platforms.
• Create comprehensive training products, including lesson plans, slide decks, hands-on labs, and job aids.
• Translate complex data strategies and technical standards into easily understandable and teachable content.
• Develop practical exercises to guide learners through data ingest, interpretation, and packaging for AI training sets.
• Design knowledge checks and evaluation methods to assess learner proficiency and consistency.
• Update training materials to reflect evolving platform workflows and data standards.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience.
• Required clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly.
• 9+ years of experience developing technical training for cyber, data, or analytics systems, with a preference for DoD/IC experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build hands-on labs and performance-based assessments.
• Familiarity with data concepts relevant to AI training, including datasets, labeling, metadata, and quality considerations.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with data scientists, engineers, and operators.
