The Role

• Lead and manage the fresh counter team with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives and manage operational aspects including cost, revenue, inventory, and ordering.
• Act as a role model, implementing national sales concepts and fostering a positive team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with fresh food counter management.
• Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
• A solutions-oriented and results-driven approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent customer orientation, communication skills, and a passion for fresh products.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
