The Role • Assist with diagnostic examinations and patient treatments, contributing to optimal medical care. • Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for examinations and consultations with other departments and external partners. • Prepare and follow up on patient records for consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries, ensuring structured documentation. • Perform blood draws and ensure the preparation of medical reports and complete documentation. • Coordinate patient discharge, facilitating communication between doctors, patients, and relatives for release preparations. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in clinical workflows. • A team-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of responsibility. • Empathy and a strong service-oriented attitude when interacting with patients. • Confident and open communication skills with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments. • Proficiency in common IT systems, particularly hospital information systems (KIS).
