Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the delivery and management of employee benefits programmes across Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support EMEA employee benefits programmes

  • Analyse benefits data, costs, utilisation and market trends.

  • Lead annual renewals and recommend programme improvements.

  • Support benefits administration, Workday configuration and reporting.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and compliance.

  • Provide expert guidance to employees and stakeholders.

  • Support benefits communications and new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of EMEA employee benefits.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
