Job Position: Enterprise Architect
Job Location: New Jersey
Job Duration: Full Time

Salary :: 160-180K+ Benefits

The Enterprise Modernization Architect is responsible for leading the transformation of Quality Assurance into modern, scalable Quality Engineering architectures. This role involves assessing current eco system, overseeing Spec-Driven Design (SDD) and AI-assisted engineering, redefine traditional testing, design deterministic testing validation gates for both human-written code and AI coding agents and testing operations. 

Mandatory Skills 

  • 15+ years of experience in building automated solutions to cover UI frontend, middle tier, and backend interfaces and services 
  • Prior experience in large-scale quality engineering transformation projects. 
  • Experience in Core banking, Deposits, Treasury, Credit Cards transaction process and payment 
  • Expert implementing AI-driven end-to-end Quality Engineering across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Expert working with AI-powered automation workflows, intelligent test generation, and AI agents that improve software quality and engineering productivity 
  • Expert in design and implementation of Spec-Driven Model, methodology, development 
  • Experience lead to design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks, methodology and tool integration for all teams 
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants for test automation development 
  • Experience debugging, reviewing, validating, and optimizing automation code generated by AI assistants to ensure maintainability, reliability, and adherence to coding standards 
  • Mobile testing using Appium with cloud platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto, or BrowserStack. 
  • Determines range and depth of activities required for developing or customizing complex test automation frameworks, researching and onboarding automation tools for IT 
  • Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open source or commercial tools to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps and CI/CD 
  • Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, to understand business requirements for modernization. 
  • Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs 
  •  
  • Provide architectural governance, conduct design reviews, and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. 
  • Monitor project progress, apply corrective measures as needed, and synchronize IT systems with evolving business needs. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Playwright with TypeScript (Strong TypeScript coding experience) 
  • SDD / BDD automation using Cucumber 
  • Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework applications 
  • API automation using Rest Assured or RestSharp 
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants for test automation development 
  • Experience debugging, reviewing, validating, and optimizing automation code generated by AI assistants to ensure maintainability, reliability, and adherence to coding standards 
  • Mobile testing using Appium with cloud platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto, or BrowserStack. 
  • Exposure to Applitools, Jira integrations (AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, Xray), and Service Virtualization is a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation projects. Exposure to Credit Card domain a plus.
