Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of integrations between Workday and external benefits providers. The analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Workday functional and technical teams, integration developers, and benefit provider teams. The primary focus is to trace issues across multiple integrations and determine whether observed behavior is caused by source data, Workday configuration, benefit or retirement plan configuration, integration logic, transaction processing, or expected system behavior.
This role requires a hands-on analyst who can investigate issues across system boundaries and drive them toward resolution. Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations. Workday experience, particularly with integrations, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Experience with retirement or pension benefit administration, retirement benefit system configuration, plan eligibility rules, contribution processing
Experience supporting Workday or another large ERP platform during implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or production operations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to follow data and transactions across multiple systems and organizations. Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, or similar technical artifacts.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate business questions into specific technical or functional investigations. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, organize multiple issues, identify patterns, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive problems to resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday experience, particularly with integrations, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Experience supporting integrations with benefits providers, retirement systems, pension administrators, insurance carriers, payroll-related vendors, or similar external partners.
Experience with retirement or pension benefit administration, including retirement benefit system configuration, plan eligibility rules, contribution processing, or related ERP benefit configuration.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware, integration platforms, XML/JSON, flat-file integrations, or data transformation concepts.
Experience supporting Workday or another large ERP platform during implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or production operations.
