Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support/ISM Technician
Work Location : Westchester NY  (Onsite)
Contract duration: 12+ months Contract

Job Description:
    • 3+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience in Financial Services or Brokerage, with strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Hands-on Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, software, IP/networking, LAN/WAN and security troubleshooting.
    • Experience with hardware installation, configuration, imaging/re-imaging, upgrades, replacements, deployment, decommissioning and asset/inventory management.
    • Strong knowledge of ticket management systems, ITIL service support, SLA/OLA, incident/request management, and client processes/procedures.
    • Support new-hire/offboarding equipment, business moves, training rooms/events, WFH hardware, IT-room housekeeping, and occasional after-hours/weekend activities.
    • Must work onsite in Westchester/NY Metro, travel to local service locations, and be available for 7 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–7 PM shifts; A+, Network+, MCSA, CCENT/CCT certifications are a plus.
