Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer for an 11-month contract opportunity in New York City. This is a backfill position requiring a strong technical professional with deep expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot, along with the ability to lead development activities and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.

·        Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and applications.

·        Provide technical guidance to development teams and support code quality, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

·        Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java.

·        Extensive experience with Spring Boot and enterprise application development.

·        Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and application architecture.

·        Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

·        Proven ability to lead technical development activities and mentor team members.

·        Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
