Bristol (hybrid working - 3 days pw in office)
Salary up to 70k plus excellent benefits
We're recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a growing technology delivery function and lead a diverse portfolio of business-critical technology projects.
This role requires a Project Manager who can confidently operate across both business and technology teams, balancing priorities, managing dependencies and driving delivery within a structured governance environment. You'll be managing predominantly infrastructure and application focused projects.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering multiple concurrent technology projects, working closely with technical teams, project sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, applications and technology platforms
- Managing project scope, plans, budgets, risks and governance
- Leading cross-functional delivery teams and third-party suppliers
- Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and project sponsors
- Coordinating resources across multiple projects and workstreams
- Managing project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications
- Supporting portfolio planning and prioritisation activities
- Driving continuous improvement across delivery processes and governance
- Ensuring successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions
Desirable Experience
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure and application-focused IT projects
- Ability to create application roadmaps and upgrade plans
- Ability to identify technical delivery risks early and build mitigation plans
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects
- Demonstrable examples of risk identification, mitigation and escalation
- Strong planning, governance, budget and risk management capabilities
- Ability to influence and drive decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies
