Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate events from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

  • Support event planning, proposals, contracts, menus, floorplans and event documentation.

  • Liaise with clients and hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Provide on-site event support and follow up on client feedback.

  • Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver outstanding service.

  • Support team communication, onboarding and a positive working environment.

  • Contribute to wedding strategies, marketing initiatives and special projects.

  • Support revenue targets through lead qualification, proposals and contract preparation.

  • Maintain accurate records in Opera PMS and Delphi.fdc Sales.

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and event administration.

  • Follow IHG policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

  • Promote responsible business practices and support IHG community initiatives.

Salary $68,000.00
