Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) Trainers to support an Oracle Health Millennium EHR implementation for a state public health agency in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering OHPAC end-user training, strong knowledge of patient accounting and revenue cycle workflows, and previous Oracle Health/Cerner go-live experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience delivering Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) end-user training – Mandatory.
  • Prior experience supporting Oracle Health/Cerner EHR implementations, training programs, or go-live activities.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare patient accounting, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
  • Excellent classroom facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train users with limited EHR experience.
  • Must be available full-time onsite from November 9 through December 15, 2026.
  • Willingness to travel between Richmond, Alexandria, Roanoke, and Chesapeake, VA.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ambulatory or public health revenue cycle workflows.
  • Oracle Health/Cerner certifications.
  • Previous experience conducting EHR end-user training for healthcare organizations or government agencies.
