The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinical routine for patients and the team.
• Facilitate co-therapeutic discussions, building upon individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide first-line intervention and support during acute patient crises.
• Lead therapy groups focusing on areas like relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
• Offer therapeutic support to patients during mealtimes, particularly those with eating disorders.
• Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an educator or a specialist in therapeutic childcare (Erzieher or Heilerziehungspfleger).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care settings for individuals.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• A curious mindset and a passion for professional development in therapeutic practices.
