Role: ServiceNow CSM Architect

Location: USA - Remote

Roles/Responsibilities (day to day candidate’s responsibilities):

·       ServiceNow Architect with CSM skill

·       Ran the workshops to cover the demo with client on CSM in ServiceNow

·       Gathered requirements on CSM, integrations

·       Co-ordinated with BSA to write stories

·       Help PM on Project Plan

·       Handle any technical queries either from the customer or internal team

·       Take ownership on HLD and any other docs as in scope

·       Liase with client’s ServiceNow team along with PM to ensure changes are moved to other instances and validated.

·       Co-ordinate with offshore team on their CSM deliverables and help them to complete and be on top of CSM requirements.

Required Qualifications:             

ServiceNow CSM skill

At least driven 2 CSM implementations prior

Certification in CSM
