Software Engineer – Public Cloud | AI & Cognitive Engineering

Location: Charlotte, NC 
Experience: 5–8 Years

Looking for a strong Software Engineer / Technical Anchor with hands-on expertise across AI & Cognitive Engineering, AWS, DevSecOps, SRE, and Release Management. This is a player-coach role requiring strong coding skills along with technical leadership.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python 3.12, FastAPI, TypeScript & React 19
• Expert-level AWS: ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, IAM & VPC
• Terraform, GitLab CI/CD & Docker
• Production Engineering/SRE: SLOs, error budgets, incident management & capacity planning
• Strong Dynatrace / DQL observability experience
• Security engineering: IAM, vulnerability management, secrets management & container security
• Hands-on LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG & Embeddings
• AI Gateway experience with GPT / Claude / Open-Source LLMs
• AI pipeline architecture, model evaluation & multi-model orchestration
• Experience with self-healing automation and AI governance
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience
