We're looking for a hands-on Regional Property Manager to keep a portfolio of properties in Colorado and Florida clean, safe, compliant and well maintained. You'll be based in Denver and travel a set route to each property, taking care of everything from preventive maintenance and light repairs to inventory and capital project support. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in how a property looks and runs and likes working independently on the road.

Locations and Travel

  • Based in Denver, CO.
  • Monthly visits to the Colorado properties in Steamboat Springs, Golden and Ordway.
  • Visits to the Florida properties in Cedar Key and Hudson every two months.
  • Travel expenses are covered.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain each property to a high standard, inside and out.
  • Keep an inventory of housewares items at each site, and replace and maintain them.
  • Do general housekeeping, so each property is guest-ready and in good order.
  • Do landscaping and grounds upkeep, including mowing.
  • Handle general light maintenance, including light plumbing and painting.
  • Perform HVAC preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendors for larger repairs.
  • Make sure each property meets regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Support capital projects, including site walks, vendor coordination and progress checks.
  • Keep records of the work done, issues found and supplies used at each visit.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in property maintenance, facilities or a related hands-on role.
  • Working knowledge of light plumbing, painting, basic repairs and HVAC preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across multiple sites.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel overnight regularly, including flights to Florida.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle outdoor work in all seasons.

Nice to Have

  • EPA 608 certification.
  • Experience with multi-site or regional maintenance.
  • Experience with vendor coordination or capital projects.

Pay
$28 to $34 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility and paid travel expenses.
