35 hours per week (8.30am 4pm)

Term time only (39 weeks)

Required as soon as possible

The Headteacher and Governors of Granard Primary School and Cedar Base are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive School Office Administrator to join our dedicated team.

This is a key role in providing efficient, professional and welcoming administrative support to the school, acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and external agencies.

The role includes managing incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries, maintaining attendance registers, following up absences, updating pupil records using Wandsworth MIS, supporting finance administration, processing orders and stock, assisting with clubs and school events, and carrying out general office duties in a busy school environment.

Applicants should have strong communication and IT skills, excellent organisation, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a warm, professional approach. Previous experience in a school office or similar busy administrative environment is desirable.
