Business Analyst

Experience with IT projects (familiar with terminology)
Able to
map business processes
write & execute business process test cases
facilitate meetings with business teams
advise on possible solutions/tools/workarounds
manage project artifacts related to assignments
Expert in MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, screen capture technology (like Snagit)
Interpersonal skills
Able to work with subject matter experts in accounting, budget, procurement, HR/payroll
Team player--Collaborate with other project BAs
Takes initiative to get work done (self-starter) and proactively communicates statprogress
Preferred skills:
Basic understanding of finance/accounting
Experience or exposure to SaaS/COTS solutions
Experience with Workday or OneWA
Assignments:
Support for future state design activities (e.g., process mapping, solutioning, analysis, training support documentation)
Manage future state design information from OFM (e.g., Job Aides, Glossary, Workday Terminology crosswalk, OFM training)
Create LNI specific business process test scenarios
Support OCM and training workstream
