The Role

• Actively acquire new B2B customers in the professional trades sector and present the company's professional offerings.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing trade customers, driving growth in professional sales.
• Directly manage the complete B2B business within the store, ensuring smooth order processing.
• Drive sales growth by reactivating existing accounts and selling products to professional clients.
• Monitor performance against key metrics and report to management.
• Prepare quotes and orders, coordinate product availability, and offer relevant services like delivery and financing.
• Plan and execute customer events tailored to the needs of trade professionals.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in sales or retail, or several years of relevant sales, retail, or trade experience.
• Previous B2B sales experience is highly desirable.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of effective product placement.
• Proficiency in using PC applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in written and spoken German.
• A customer-centric approach with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
