Senior SAP Program Manager HANA / S/4HANA | W2 Only
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager with strong SAP HANA / S/4HANA experience to lead large-scale SAP transformation and implementation programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing end-to-end SAP implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing system integrators and vendors, and delivering complex enterprise SAP programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP HANA / S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
Manage program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines and delivery.
Oversee multiple SAP workstreams, including functional, technical, integration and data migration.
Manage SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and conversion initiatives.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, technical teams and third-party vendors.
Manage program governance, RAID logs, KPIs, executive reporting and steering committee meetings.
Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-production hypercare.
Manage offshore/onshore delivery teams and ensure successful program execution.
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines.

Mandatory Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong experience managing SAP implementation and transformation programs.
SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA experience.
Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
Strong program governance and stakeholder management.
Experience managing large cross-functional and global delivery teams.
Vendor and system integrator management.
Budget, risk, resource and delivery management.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementation.
SAP FICO, MM, SD and PP module exposure.
SAP BTP and integration landscape knowledge.
Experience with MS Project, Jira and Azure DevOps.
