Face-to-Face Trainer (Health & Social Care & Clinical) – UK Wide
Are you a passionate and highly experienced Trainer making a real impact in the Health & Social Care sector?
Join us in improving standards across the Health & Social Care sector by delivering training that truly impacts lives.
We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team either as an Associate or in a Permanent capacity, delivering high-quality sector-specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations.
About the Role
As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face, onsite training to multiple customers Health & Social Care settings.
- Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses
- Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments
- Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice
- Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles
- Travel across the UK to client sites
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care
- A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care
- Relevant clinical or care background
- Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners
- Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel
