The Role

• Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth for rehabilitation services.
• Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth.
• Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence.
• Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team.
• Create strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Understanding of operational, financial, and reimbursement metrics within a healthcare context.
• Knowledge of physician relations, case management, managed care, and local healthcare markets is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
