Interim Senior Business Partner, Central London / Hybrid, ASAP start to March 2027, £32 per hour, 36 hour per week plus holiday pay

We're working with a high-profile, purpose-led cultural organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team on an interim basis through to March 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Senior HRBP who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly and make an immediate impact.
You'll partner with senior leaders across a broad client group, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across a busy and varied People agenda.
Typical responsibilities:
- A trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers
- Managing complex Employee Relations cases through to dismissal and appeal
- Coaching and influencing leaders to improve people management capability
- Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and trade union representatives
- Supporting workforce planning, talent and succession activity
- Using people data to inform decision-making
- Line managing a Junior Business Partner
Ideally you'll have:
- 3-5 years' HRBP / Senior HRBP experience
- Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations expertise
- Experience managing complex ER cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Previous people management experience
- Experience supporting change, projects or organisational development
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Experience within the charity, cultural, public or Civil Service sectors would be a real advantage, as would experience in a unionised environment.
