Job Summary
The Branch Manager leads by example, acting as a role model for all team members. This position works in partnership with the Community President to ensure that all team members embrace and embody First Southern National Bank’s culture and effectively and efficiently pursue its established objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture aligned with the bank’s purpose and values.
- Partner with the Community President to lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
- Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service through all branch interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive deposit and loan growth, increase profitability, and expand customer relationships.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Three to five years of banking or similar financial experience.
- Strong understanding of bank operations and regulatory requirements,
- Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
