This established institution is seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to ensure the optimal functioning of their critical IT infrastructure, supporting a high-volume patient environment.

The Role

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for staff, addressing all technology-related queries.
• Provide efficient end-user support for hardware and software issues, utilizing a ticketing system for timely resolution.
• Manage servers, maintain network infrastructure, and ensure seamless IT operations for the organization.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, adhering to defined standards.
• Coordinate IT projects and conduct user training sessions.

What You'll Need

• Completed IT-related apprenticeship (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable degree.
• Experience in system administration, specifically with Microsoft Windows Server (2016+), terminal server environments, and backup solutions.
• Proficiency in administering current Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Strong self-motivation, service orientation, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call IT duty and familiarity with medical technology environments is a plus.
