Amazon Connect Specialist - Sr Consultant

Location: Milwaukee, WI Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description:
Position: Amazon Connect Specialist - Sr Consultant (Must have Quicksight)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3+ months contract potential to extend
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, contact flows, IVR, queues, routing, recordings, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with AWS Lambda using Python and/or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Amazon Connect APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with call recording storage, metadata, indexing, search, and retrieval solutions
• Strong hands-on Amazon QuickSight experience is required
• Experience building and modifying QuickSight dashboards, datasets, filters, and calculated fields
• Experience supporting UAT, deployment, production issues, go-live, and hypercare
• Ability to independently own and deliver technical workstreams
• Strong customer-facing communication and knowledge-transfer skills
• Strong technical and solution documentation skills

Preferred Experience

• SMS/MMS implementation and configuration
• Short-code and carrier registration processes
• AWS messaging services
• Experience taking over and completing partially developed Amazon Connect/AWS implementations
• Experience working in customer co-build or consulting environments
