The Role

• Provide comprehensive care for the elderly, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Execute care plans, including personal care, medication assistance, and health monitoring.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Adapt to various care settings, including residential, outpatient, and supported living environments.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Licensed Caregiver or a comparable recognized qualification.
• Experience in basic care and the support of individuals requiring assistance.
• Empathy, teamwork, and clear, respectful communication skills.
• A sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• A driver's license is a plus, but not essential.
