Job Description

AVA Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator – Utility/Gas Industry

 

Location: San Diego, CA

 

U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

 

Job Description:

  • Issuing work for construction workers or internal/external contractors, managing calendar and scheduling for Director, issuing street repair work, closing out service orders,
  • Following up on permitting, printing submissions, tracking project progress, conducting contractor meetings and timekeeping
  • Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.
  • Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations.
  • Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

 

Requirement:

  • 5+ year of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Construction,Utility background would be helpful
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
  • High school Diploma
