We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company in Germany, renowned for its strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Take on the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the relevant certification for Operations Manager or already possess this qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and maintain trust-based collaboration.
• Solid PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
