Housekeeper

At Cura Health, we are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other areas throughout the facility while following established infection prevention and safety practices.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with residents, families, and other staff members.
• Ability to properly use cleaning products, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment according to facility procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift.
