Your Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, strata, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the security or technology industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and working rights in Australia.
