The Role

• Unload trucks and stock new merchandise on the sales floor or in the backroom.
• Manage inventory and ensure products are organized and accessible.
• Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, for efficient movement of goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet stocking goals and ensure product availability.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for all operational tasks.

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and manual labor throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, depending on shift availability.
• Capability to operate or learn to operate stocking and lifting equipment.
• A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate stocking and inventory management.
