We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join a leading national network of specialized orthopedic clinics, renowned for its patient-centered care and innovative treatments. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team in a state-of-the-art Spine Institute.

The Role

• Coordinate outpatient consultations and manage appointment scheduling.
• Provide assistance during spinal infiltrations, punctures, and injections.
• Support patient care through anamnesis, examination, prescription issuance, and documentation.
• Manage billing for outpatient private patients.
• Contribute to the organizational development of the interdisciplinary Spine Institute.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant.
• Ideally possess an X-ray license or a valid radiation protection certificate.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for patient interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured work approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and ORBIS is a plus.
