Mission / Role Summary

Develop and implement agentic solutions within the Digital Engineer platform using AI-assisted coding techniques, workflow orchestration, and platform-native components.

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows
Integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, APIs, data sources)
Test and validate agent behavior and outputs
Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation
Contribute to reusable components and templates

Required Skills

Strong software development skills (Python, APIs, scripting)
Experience with automation and workflow platforms
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns
Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with tools like n8n, LangGraph, or similar
Knowledge of AI observability and testing frameworks
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience in ITSM automation or managed services

Experience Profile

38 years in software development or automation engineering
Experience with modern development tools and cloud-native environments

Essential Criteria SC Eligibility
