Hiring: Epic PB Consultant – Community Connect Implementation

Job Title: Epic PB Consultant – Community Connect Implementation
Location: Texas

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Epic Professional Billing (PB).
  • Hands-on experience implementing Epic Community Connect.
  • Experience with Epic PB build, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Billing workflows, revenue cycle, and claims processing.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system testing, and end-user support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Epic PB Certification is preferred (required if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Epic PB Community Connect implementation projects.
  • Configure, build, and optimize Epic PB modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and conduct user training as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on multiple Epic implementation projects.
  • Strong Community Connect implementation experience.
  • Healthcare provider industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
