SAP Work Management Consultant

Title: SAP Work Management Consultant (fulltime) Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days every week)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Management Consultant to support SAP projects and enhancements within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Work Management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP Work Management implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Work with business users to design and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Provide functional expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, and Maintenance processes.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and vendors.
Support project planning, status tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
Participate in testing activities including SIT and UAT.
Support user training, change management, and go-live activities.
Drive process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership teams.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Work Management.
Experience working on large enterprise SAP implementation projects.
Strong understanding of work order management and maintenance business processes.
Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading workshops and business discussions.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP EAM.
SAP S/4HANA experience
