The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding families through product selection from preemie to size 14.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for both customers and the store team.
• Drive sales by accurately representing product styles, features, and benefits and building customer loyalty.
• Execute assigned business focus areas and operations as a Leader on Duty, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the store team, recognizing exceptional performance.
• Support asset protection through excellent customer service and operational awareness.

What You'll Need

• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and exhibit proficiency in computer and technology skills.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role is beneficial.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
