We're seeking dedicated Intervention Tutors to join an impactful organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide tailored educational support, offering a flexible and rewarding career path.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit a variety of learning difficulties including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Work in a flexible, creative, and child-centred manner.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Minimum of 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
