Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) as the core backend framework, integrated with Python for data-intensive tasks like ETL processes, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs that handle large-scale data streams, utilizing tools like Apache Kafka, Spark, and Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for real-time processing and insights.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces with React.js/Angular, ensuring seamless integration with Java/Python backends and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to build Python-based data pipelines (using Airflow, Luigi) that feed into Java-centric full stack ecosystems, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) while championing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex systems involving databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS RDS), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Drive innovation in data-driven features, such as AI/ML model integration via Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) into Java full stack applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development, with 2+ years leading teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend development and Python for data engineering (must have strong experience with data libraries and frameworks).
• Expertise in full stack technologies: React.js/Angular/Vue.js (frontend), REST/GraphQL APIs, and data tools (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
• Proven track record in building data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, SQLAlchemy).
• Strong experience with cloud services (AWS preferred: EC2, Lambda, S3, EMR) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and delivering projects in Agile environments
