The Role

• Planning, designing, and executing training situations for apprentices and managing their learning processes.
• Contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of practical examinations.
• Collaborating closely and cooperatively with all professional departments within the facility.
• Planning, coordinating, adapting, documenting, and ensuring the quality of nursing measures.
• Performing basic care for our clients.
• Interacting with clients and their families with respect for self-care abilities, wishes, and needs.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or general nurse).
• Completed advanced training as a Practical Instructor in nursing.
• Proficiency in using IT-based nursing documentation systems.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
