About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Java/AWS Developer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, CI-CD (like Jenkins), Docker along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Skillset

Primary Skill

• Java 21
• Spring Boot
• Relational databases – Postgres, Oracle etc. (from Application development perspective like SQL, CRUD Operations, Joins etc.)
• RESTful APIs design and development
• GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• At least one testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
• API Integration Testing, contract testing using any one framework

 

Secondary Skill

• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
• Prior experience of application deployment in ECS - Cloud platforms (AWS)
• CI-CD (like Jenkins), Docker

 

Good to have

Knowledge of any one NoSQL databases

 

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Java development for distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience with Spring framework. Expertise in using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud etc.
• 3+ years of hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Prior experience in working with high throughput, low latency, and time sensitive applications
• Must be an individual contributor who can deliver the work without much hand holding
