The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the store manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and leading the team in a partial capacity.
• Take on all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Receive and stock incoming goods, ensuring they are displayed attractively and meet quality standards.
• Manage fresh produce and baked goods, ensuring quality and availability.
• Perform cashier duties and support stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent experience in a similar field.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership experience are advantageous.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
