Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Design and develop scalable data pipelines to integrate information from diverse operational and external sources.
Model and prepare business data to support advanced reporting, analytics, and corporate decision-making.
Maintain and optimize data warehouse structures, ETL/ELT processes, and automated reporting workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including controlling, data analysts, and IT, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high data quality through rigorous validation, monitoring, and documentation of data models and interfaces.

What You'll Need

A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing, including strong SQL skills.
Practical experience with ETL/ELT processes, relational databases, and data modeling.
Fluency in German and a strong understanding of business processes and key performance indicators.
