Job description

Oracle HCM Cloud Contractor

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 4 days onsite), Local candidates only

Duration: 12 Months +

Position Summary: Support the HR Cruise initiative by providing Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise, with a focus on Absence Management, Time & Labor (OT Management), Workforce Administration, and query creation.

Key Responsibilities: Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise. Support activities related to Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration. Create and maintain queries as required. Document business requirements for technical teams. Validate data migration activities. Create and execute test plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration.
  • Experience creating queries.
  • Experience documenting business requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience with data migration validation. Experience creating and executing test plans.
  • Need help with configurations for US and Canada. Reporting: experience in creating, setting up and understanding reporting tool.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects or implementations.
  • Experience working with HR systems and processes.
